Relentless at innovating the coffee experience, Gabe wanted to digitally transform how customers pre-order their favorite cup. And in doing so, ensuring customers to be served their food & beverage – how they want it, when they want it.

The Process

Creating a digital touchpoint to engage with customers

Gabe already has an idea in mind, but he also needs to consider the dependencies that affect this with his team of baristas, cooks, and cashiers.

We then gathered representatives in each of the different operational parts of the business and ran a Design Sprint.
